Odesa Photo Days joined the international platform FUTURES

FUTURES is a European Photography Platform that brings together the global photography community to support and nurture the professional development of emerging artists worldwide. Since 2017, FUTURES has aimed to add long-term impact and value by empowering contemporary photographers through initiatives that promote their work and grant them access to an extensive network of professionals, markets, and audiences.

And we already have the first result of our cooperation – Odesa Photo Days has nominated five Ukrainian artists who joined the FUTURES 2025 educational programs: Daria Svertilova, Olia Koval, Vitaliy Galanzha, Masha Weisberg and Viacheslav Polyakov.

Odesa Photo Days’s 2025 nominations were curated by:

“It is important for us to continue presenting Ukrainian photo projects abroad and supporting artists. The partnership with the FUTURES platform opens up new ways of cooperation between different institutions and artists, and professional networking contributes to the further development of photographers,” says Kateryna Radchenko, curator and founder of Odesa Photo Days.

FUTURES is co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union. Eurokleis is a research and spin-off partner of the platform and Magnum Photos is the educational partner of FUTURES. The Swiss program is founded by Pro Helvetia.
