Photography workshop “Creating a visual message” by Rafal Milach and Adam Panchuk
Workshop will be focused on how to save messages from disappearing in visual stories; how to organize a photo project so it can transmit a clear message.
Work during workshop will include editing, building a certain sequence, as well as analyzing photographic images / series. Participants will be able to search for links between images and comprehend the context of their photos.

Photographer and publisher of his own photo projects.
Graduated from the Academy of Arts in Katowice (Poland) and the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava (Czech Republic), where he continues to teach. More than 10 years worked in russian-speaking countries. This work led to the monographs “Winners / Winners” (2014), 7 rooms / 7 rooms (2011) and the Black Sea Concrete (2013).
His works and books were awarded with the World Press Photo, International Pictures of the Year, Magnum Expression Awards, Photography Book Now and the New York Photo Festival Award.
In 2006, along with 10 other photographers, Rafal created a photo team in Satellite Photo.
Adam Panchuk (Warsaw, Poland) is a photographer from Warsaw.
Got his education at the University of Economics and at the Academy of Arts in Poznan, Faculty of Multimedia Communications, specialty – photography. In his photo projects, he tries to find answers to his own questions and highlights them with the help of photo histories. He is a participant of international competitions and prize winner of prestigious awards. Adam is a member of the Association Sputnik Photo, Warsaw.
Workshop is from 10:00 to 16:00 with a break for lunch.
Participation throughout the whole time obligatory!The location of the workshop will be noted to selected participants.
